This app looks for hashtags used by members across your board. ( Only searchable content is being looked for hashtags so things like Personal Messages aren't included ).

Elasticsearch support has been introduced with version 1.0.8

Released

  • Added a more open search feature for hashtags through the quick search. Terms introduced in the quick search input separated by a space will be treated as separated hashtags to look for in content when the "Content hashtags only" option is choosed.

For example for this search:

Results which use both the #test and #hashtagsapp will be returned (screenshot with results for this example below), because the option "All of my search term words" from FIND RESULTS THAT COINTAIN... being used. In case you would use the "Any of my search term words" option from the same field, content containing either tag will show.

Love this app so much! I personally see a lot of value in this. My members are using hashtags to organize campaigns on the forum and even love seeing that they can trend a certain hashtag at the top of the forum. It's super fun and engaging. The hashtags are also a great way to organize and search for related content. 

 Also, love the reporting tool in the admin panel.

Glad to see this universal social media function made its way to IPB. Great app. 👏

The app is easy to install and manage, I also like that it comes with a block and a nice ACP dashboard page with statistics.
But imho, this app is a feature that should be included by default in the IPS suite. Thankfully, we have good devs that can help us out where IPS fails. 👍
