Start accepting cryptocurrency on your commerce app today, securely via Coinbase Commerce!

This application will add support to accept cryptocurrency via coinbase in your commerce app, easy installation & setup. You can start accepting Bitcoin, etherum, litecoin & whatever else coinbase commerce has to offer. 

Don't have Coinbase Commerce? Anyone can start an account within minutes by heading over to https://commerce.coinbase.com/

 

Installation Guide:

  1. Upload to forum via Applications
  2. Enable / Install
  3. Configure the Payment Method like the others, by going to "Commerce -> Payments -> Settings -> Payment Methods" & click "Create New".
  4. Select Coinbase Commerce, and fill out the details (API & Webhook Secret)
  5. Add a new webhook to Coinbase Settings with url  
    https://SITEDOMAIN.COM/?app=coinbasecommerce&module=ipn&controller=ipn

     

  6. Start accepting cryptocurrency 🙂

 

IT IS VERY IMPORTANT YOU SETUP THE WEBHOOK SUBSCRIPTION IN COINBASE COMMERCE SETTINGS, OTHERWISE IT WILL NOT NOTIFY YOU ONCE THE PAYMENT HAS BEEN COMPLETED.

 

You can confirm the Webhook is working by clicking "Send Test Event". The webhook should return

Set up was super fast and straight forward, added the web hook like it says in the description here on this page.

We have been using this applications for almost 2+ months now and it is exactly what you think it is. This truly is a great plugin and addition to any owner of a community wanting to take payments with crypto.

Updated to 4.5 and webhook subscriptions sent to my website from commerce's website return in an HTTP 500 error. Having to manually approve crypto transactions.

 

Seems like developer hasn't been around in a while on the support topic either.

Cannot fault it. The gateway works as intended as far as we can infer from testing.

its a good idea.... but since purchase I never got this to work.... i posted on 20 of feb a request on support topic and till the day of now there is no contact with the dev......I hope u contact us to solve this..

Never saw your message, you should've sent me a PM also. We have many clients who's using it fine, however it seems like people are simply not reading the installation instructions & setting up the webhook call. This should be common knowledge, without webhooks - Invision Power will simply not know that the payment has completed.

This Plugin isnt working for me a long time now.

What you mean with version 1.0.6? The last version i see is 1.0.5 and is it updated for IPS 4.6?

Hi. Invision Power misread the description and disabled my plugin for sales, which is the reason to why it was not updated. The latest version is out now.
