Are you looking for staff? Developers? Designers? Or anything else? This application will help admins/moderators to find people to help in their boards.

Here's a quick rundown of some of the features for this resource:

  • Ability to create caregories/subcategories 
  • Extra Fields
    • In Position form
    • In Application form
  • Ability to create open positions in draft mode and choose a date to automatically publish it 
  • Module to add Positions on ACP (moderator, webdesigner, developer, etc)
  • Ability to inform how many places the position has. Example: you can create an application record to "hire" 3 moderators.
  • Ability to move the "winner" member to a group chosen group (you inform the group when you're adding the application record)
  • Ability to restrict the application by: Content count, Reputation points/likes, Number of days as member, Minimum age and groups
  • Ability to create a topic at every new application submission.
  • Module on ModeratorCP to view all pending records from all applications
  • Compatible with most important features from IPS 4.2 (Recommended Comments, Content Message, Reactions, Member History, Richer Embeds, etc.)
  • Integrated to the framework: Tag system, Follow System, Report system, Search system, Share Links, etc.
  • Moderator actions on applications and comments/reviews
  • Moderator permission to approve/reject applications
  • Ability to create RSS feeds from member applications
  • Etc.

Permission: NO ONE except staff (with proper permisison) will be able to view/read or know who are the applicants. All that regular members will know is the number of users who applied to it.

Great application! Works exactly how I imagined it to work as. One thing I could recommend is to add the ability to restrict those who have x amount of active warning points from applying. I think most people can agree that they do not want to hire someone who is a known rule-breaker ;)

This application does exactly what it is supposed to do plus the support is great and super fast.

It's very easy to manage positions with this app. Just create an application your users can see and apply for. If you accept the users application they can be automatically promoted and start with their work right away.

Uses a lot of nice notifications so you always know what you're up to (both staff and applicant).

Good System, could use ALOT of work tho. You should be able to instead of just filling out a form, have a bunch of fields the applicant fills out based on what information we want to see the from the applicant.

Application works well if you don't mind deleting old applications manually through the database (which isn't possible if you're hosted in IPS cloud.) Reached out to the developer for a feature request and was met with a very spastic response.

Me: Can there be a setting to purge denied applications after X amount of days and perhaps the ability to delete an application?
Adriano: You might know that deleting will give the ability to the user to apply again. Not sure it makes sense.

MeCorrect. I want them to be able to reapply after 3 months.
That would require a massive change in the whole workflow. I’ll take a look when IPS5 is released.
Me: The ability to just delete an application would suffice.
AdrianoThat doesn’t make sense to me, so no, sorry.
How come? What if the person wants to redo their application? What if you want to prune old rejected applications? Surely I'm not the only one who's suggested such feature. Not allowing people to reapply doesn't really make sense to me. To each their own, I guess.

It's their work so of course it's their decision but the response is evident enough they're not willing to work with their customers. My review does not reflect the fact that my idea was rejected, but how the developer responded to it.

Yes, you purchased the resource in May 5, 2018. The resource works, no issues. It does exactly what’s described.

You are free to make suggestions. It’s up to me to accept them... and a 10 seconds search will show I update my resources very often with suggestions. I do listen costumers and I do add things that makes sense to the purpose of the resource and it also depends on how “popular” the request is. Yours? Only you! And still did it wrong. You should have used the support topic to get others to sympathize with your idea but no, you preferred private message and still reveal the its content (very ethical!). I don’t add things that will completely mis-characterize the resource and doesn’t make sense to me due to its nature (keep a record of all applications) just because you think your idea is great and it should be there. 

Anyway, thanks for your purchase and renewal! 👍

Need 10+ Stars for another File that does what it says and we couldn't be more happier with what we purchased!

How do I install this?

There’s a README file in the zip with instructions. As it is an application, go to AdminCP -> Applications and install it. Please usethe support topic to make questions.

Dev is super responsive and willing to assist in anyway he can! Messaged me promptly when i had questions.
