Addon works awesome , it is a smooth scroll unlike many "marquee" scripts , the dev helped me with a few questions and customizations , the addon is quite capable to be used as a alert system for your members , i have modified mine to look like it is a professional feed ..

This is something my fresh site was looking for, stands out and looks professional.

Also, had a few little snags with getting it working at Taman was prompt in his support topic as well as prompt in helping out, not just a 'look at the steps and follow them', he came in and actually manually helped to get it working. Stellar service.

Editable, easy to add an rss feed, and you can make it your own with a few cosmetic updates. If you're here looking at this plugin, wondering if it is worth it, yes - 100%

Very smooth to setup, which is impressive!

I really like the addition to include database content, and once you create a simple block (following the guide provided near to the settings) - everything is automatic. You have the ability to include custom alerts. You can change the style, look and colour! Which only adds to the raw awesomeness of this plugin. It's a must have purchase for anyone!

Great plugin.But how do I add these prefixes:

<b> for bold text

<i> for italic text

Example:

<span><b><i> Text display test <span>

All text defined in this way changes on the entire forum page, not just in the "News Ticker" plugin

Awesome plugin.  Love it!!!

Very nice addition to any website with a NEWS page or RSS feed, flows well. I'll rate this 5/5 only because of how responsive the developer was with me via support forum, however, be aware that you MAY have difficulty adjusting the speed of the ticker. The dev was unable to replicate the issue and, despite my MANY attempts at solving the issue and modifying the speed, I've been unsuccessful. I've come to simply accept the speed, but this should be looked into (as discussed in detail in the support forum) in future releases. THAT ALL SAID, it does what it says it should do, and as far as I am able to see, there have been no lags or difficulties beyond the speed issue. Recommended purchase!

When I first installed this, I was having issues with the settings I changed not sticking. TAMAN looked into the issue, and found the problem, it was a css issue I had in my custom.css file, which he fixed for me. After doing so, everything was working the way it should. I had some additional questions about how News Ticker worked, and again TAMAN was very quick to reply with all the info I needed. Everything is working and looking great! Top support, top application. Highly recommended.

Brilliant. Works perfectly. Easy to setup. Looks very smart. The developer seems to have thought of pretty well everything – except might there be anyway to have a small PayPal donate button running along it as well?
