(SL) Add rating to topics list 1.0.1

You can fix for 4.2 with following patch (just update app from xml).

Or manually replace in hook selector to:

'selector' => 'li.ipsDataItem.ipsDataItem_responsivePhoto > ul.ipsDataItem_stats',

Seems to work fine on 4.4.6

The only problem is, it shows the stars in ALL forums/clubs, even when ratings are not enabled.

Can you please update this for the newest IPS 4.46? Its currently not working.
