Limit Emoticons Allowed 1.1.1

Confirmed working in 4.2 with zero bugs. Makes things a touch easier for me.

As I can't reply to reviews.... I am replying to @Deep Blue 76 review to state that this is not a bug with this plugin and still occurs with the plugin disabled.

The plugin has a bug. If more than allowed emoticons are placed, it returns the error and blocks the post but the editor buttons are no longer working. To refine them, you have to reload the page ... an annoying bug ... I hope it can be detected and resolved.

August 27, 2017: It is an invision bug, in fact, happens here too on the invisioncommunity forum. Hope I solved it with 4.2.3
