Email Support Issue

We had an issue where some support request emails were not getting through if they were submitted from the client area in the last 48 hours.

If you submitted an email for support via the client area in the last 48 hours and you did not receive an email confirmation of receipt, please resubmit your request.

Note that you should always receive an email confirmation when you submit a ticket. If you do not, we probably did not get it.
